Heritage rough rider issues

Well, I was talking to my brother and he asked if I would be interested in buying his Heritage Rough Rider SAA .22 revolver /w 6.5" barrel & fixed iron sights. I asked how much, and he said he paid around $120 for it brand-new with both .22lr and .22WMR cylinders. I was hesitant at first but he said "Just give me $75 for it, and go home.

Folks can play with the cheaper stuff if they want. To me, after one good deer rifle, everything else is extra. Not aftermarket. Ordered right from their website. It's their .22lr engraved cylinder. This problem also occurs on the normal 22lr cylinders too. I recently purchased a 9 shot Rough Rider. It has the same issue.
